Shipping Rates (New Zealand Wide)
- NZ Standard Shipping: $6.90 NZD
- NZ Express Shipping: $11.90 NZD
- Free Shipping: For all orders over $149 NZD
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5 working days
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 2 working days
All orders placed before 3:45 PM on working days (Monday to Friday) will be packed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed during weekends will be collected by our couriers on the next working day.
While we always aim to deliver by the estimated date shown at checkout, delivery times are dependent on courier performance and may vary due to unforeseen delays. You will receive tracking updates via email once your order is shipped.
Additional Information
- Rural Deliveries: Please allow an additional 1–2 days for rural areas.
- PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses; please provide a physical delivery address.
- Public Holidays: Orders placed during or after public holidays may take extra time to arrive.
Couriers are instructed to leave the package in a safe location if possible. You may also provide Authority To Leave (ATL) instructions (e.g., front door, back door, letterbox). However, please note that if the package goes missing or is damaged after being left, we will be unable to claim compensation from the courier.
Courier Damage & Address Accuracy
Please inspect your package before opening. If your product arrives damaged, contact Suppro immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, so please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
