Suppro Return & Refund Policy

At Suppro, we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality health and wellness products. Please take a moment to read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Terms

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product ordered is correct before opening and/or using it.
  • All products are sold on the understanding that the customer has consulted their healthcare professional and confirmed the suitability of the product before purchase.
  • Suppro accepts no liability for the misuse or improper use of any products sold.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
  • Customers must contact Suppro via email or phone before returning any item.
  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to taste, consistency, mix-ability, or change of mind.
  • Clearance items, free gifts, and products with short expiry dates are non-returnable.
  • The Consumer Guarantees Act (or applicable local consumer law) applies in all cases.

Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • The product may be reviewed by Suppro or the relevant supplier/distributor.
  • If the product is confirmed to be faulty, Suppro will reimburse the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or credit.
  • If no fault is found, the original item will be returned to you.
  • Products returned in a used condition may only be credited for the unused portion at our discretion.

Unopened Products

With prior approval, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange, provided they are in resalable condition and returned at the customer’s cost.

  • Any credit will be issued as Suppro Reward Points, minus shipping fees.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply.
  • All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
  • For health and safety reasons, prior authorization is mandatory before sending back any product.

     

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund (store credit or original payment method).
Please contact us as soon as possible - Suppro operates a same-day packing system, so cancellations after dispatch may not be possible.

Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned to Suppro due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the courier is unable to deliver:

  • The order can be re-shipped, but additional shipping charges will apply.
